Water Features and Spas
Water Features and Spas in Cape Coral
Features are what turn a rectangle of water into a backyard people actually gather in. Bonnierzmstudio designs and builds spillover spas, vanishing edges, sheer-descent waterfalls, deck jets, and tanning-ledge bubblers directly into the pool structure, so they look like they were always meant to be there. We plan the moving water during the design session, not as an afterthought once the shell is poured.
Why Build Features In From the Start
- They share the structure. A raised spa built with the pool uses the same bond beam and spills back into the main water as a feature you can see and hear.
- Independent plumbing. Each feature runs on its own line, so you can turn on a waterfall without running the whole pool and keep the energy cost down.
- Automation ready. Waterfalls, jets, and the spa heater tie into a smart controller you run from a phone app.
Our Process
We walk your yard, look at sight lines toward the canal or preserve, and sketch the spa and features into the plan. During construction the spa shell, spillover, and feature plumbing go in with the main gunite shell, then get tiled and finished to match. A spillover spa attached to a new pool typically adds $8,000 to $15,000, and we put the firm number in writing after the design session.
