Our Process

We start with a design session in your yard, then move through layout and excavation, the steel rebar cage, plumbing, and the gunite shell. After the shell cures we set the waterline tile and travertine coping, pour the deck to the required NEC 680.26 bonding grid, apply the interior finish, and handle a clean startup. Every build meets the 48-inch barrier rule and ANSI/PHTA/ICC-7 drain-cover standard.
